Jennifer Friend oversees property management operations across the Jacobson Equities portfolio, encompassing the company’s portfolio across 5 states. For the firm’s California assets, Ms. Friend directly manages all staffing, regional operations, and business plan execution. For the firm’s out-of-state portfolio, she directs and oversees third-party management relationships, ensuring operational consistency and alignment with asset-level business plans across all markets.
Ms. Friend brings over 20 years of multifamily management experience (18 of it with Jacobson) spanning the full spectrum of operations, from on-site leasing and maintenance to portfolio-level strategy and capital improvement oversight. Prior to joining Jacobson Equities, Ms. Friend served as Lease-up & Compliance Administrator at Bernard Allison, where she managed an 850-unit portfolio. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from the University of Phoenix.
