EXECUTIVE PROFILE

Jennifer Friend oversees the property management division of Jacobson Equities for all California assets which includes staffing, regional management, and business plan execution. Ms. Friend also oversees all third-party management for out of state assets, playing a critical role in directing site level management as well as asset management. Ms. Friend has 15 years of multifamily management experience, spanning the full spectrum of operations.
