Jonah joined the Jacobson Equities team in November 2022 as an Acquisitions Analyst. Jonah’s duties include performing financial analysis of prospective acquisitions, researching market data for the company’s portfolio and target markets, providing support throughout the due diligence process, and assisting in the process of sourcing both marketed and off market opportunities. He also provides analysis and support to the asset management team.
Previously, Jonah interned for the Jacobson Equities property management team, where he worked as a leasing agent and assisted in sourcing off market opportunities.
Jonah graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, majoring in Communications and minoring in Sports Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Upon graduation, Jonah founded a marketing startup dedicated to forging brand partnerships with prominent streamers in the gaming space.
