EXECUTIVE PROFILE

Jonah Jacobson joined Jacobson Equities in 2022 and serves as an Acquisitions Associate. Mr. Jacobson is responsible for financial analysis and underwriting of prospective acquisitions, market research across the firm’s portfolio and target markets, and support throughout the due diligence process from initial screening through closing. He plays an active role in sourcing both marketed and off-market opportunities, having developed extensive broker and principal relationships across the firm’s target markets. Mr. Jacobson also provides analytical support to the asset management team.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Jacobson interned with the Jacobson Equities property management team, where he gained on-the-ground operational experience in leasing and deal sourcing. Mr. Jacobson holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
